Mike Ferman is a Partner in the Tax Consulting Services Group and the Wealth Management Services Group at RubinBrown. He is also Managing Director of RubinBrown Advisors, LLC, a registered investment advisor and a wholly-owned affiliate of RubinBrown, LLP.  Mike provides financial and investment advisory services to a variety of the firm’s clients.

His more than 37 years of experience includes serving as the Managing Director of an investment-banking firm where he was responsible for structured financial products and public funds investment. Before coming to RubinBrown, Mike was the Director of the North American securities industry practice of a national professional services firm.
