Dan Raskas is the Partner-in-Charge of Merger and Acquisition services at RubinBrown. Dan is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) and provides transaction, business advisory, enterprise risk and technology consulting services to clients in a variety of industries. Dan is also vice-chair of RubinBrown’s Life Sciences industry group. Dan brings to RubinBrown more than 25 years of consulting experience, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, business strategy and transformation development; business process, enterprise risk and IT operations improvement.

He previously founded and served as executive vice president of Hitachi Consulting, responsible for the service delivery organization. Prior to that role, he was Partner-in-Charge of Grant Thornton’s management consulting practice in the Midwest region, as well as the firm’s national advanced technology solutions practice.
