Tim Sims is the Partner-in-Charge of RubinBrown’s Federal Tax Services Group and the leader of RubinBrown’s St. Louis Tax Practice.  He is also a Partner in the Manufacturing and Distribution and Media and Entertainment Services Groups.

Prior to joining RubinBrown in 2007, Tim spent almost five years as the Vice President of Tax for Charter Communications, overseeing the company’s federal; state; property; sales and use; and telecommunications taxes. Prior to Charter Communications, Tim was in the tax practice of Arthur Andersen’s St. Louis office for 12 years.
