Harlan Kwiatek is a Partner in RubinBrown’s Tax Services Group in charge of State and Local Taxes. With over 25 years of state and local tax experience, Harlan provides valuable consulting services to RubinBrown's clients on state income, franchise, sales and use tax matters. During his career, Harlan's experience has included state sales and use tax law research, state audit representation, negotiations at the field and administration hearing levels, review and compilation of tax over payments and audit defense preparation.
