hendrickson_geneGene is a Partner in RubinBrown’s State and Local Tax (SALT) Services Group, specializing in property tax compliance and consulting services. With more than thirty years of experience in property taxation both within private industry and as a consultant to property owners, Gene has represented properties in more than 20 states before assessors, local review boards and state authorities for a variety of complex properties that require an in-depth knowledge of valuation and application of varying tax laws. Representative properties include mining and related metallurgy facilities, defense contractor facilities, chemical production plants, hospitality and resort properties, light industrial/warehouse buildings and megaplex cinema facilities.
