power_jayJay is a Partner in RubinBrown’s Tax Consulting Services Group. Based in the firm’s Kansas City office, he specializes in tax return preparation and tax planning. He joined RubinBrown in 2006 after three years as a tax manager for Employers Reinsurance Corp. Previously, Jay held accounting and tax positions with CBIZ, American Mutual Life Insurance Co. and Price Waterhouse.
