Bryan is the partner-in-charge of RubinBrown’s Real Estate Services Group and is a member of the Assurance Services Group. His primary focus is real estate audit, consulting and tax services. Bryan has unique expertise with LIHTC, historic rehabilitation and new markets tax credit programs. He also has extensive experience with HUD and state agency programs including all aspects of multi-family development and property management for market rate and affordable housing properties. Bryan’s experience includes systems review, procedures development and business planning for real estate clients. .
