He serves a variety of clients in the entertainment, broadcasting, software technology, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and wholesaling industries. Larry’s experience includes SEC registrations and filings, mergers and acquisitions, business and tax planning, business valuations, and providing expert witness testimony. Larry also has served as a team captain for numerous peer and quality reviews of certified public accounting firms and is a frequent speaker on accounting and auditing topics.
