Eric is the Partner-in-Charge of RubinBrown’s SEC Services Group. He serves clients primarily in the distribution, manufacturing, and technology industries and has experience with diversified audit, accounting, income tax and SEC reporting matters. He frequently consults with both public and private companies on accounting for complex transactions. Eric’s experience includes accounting and financial reporting for stock options, derivatives, business combinations, consolidation of variable interest entities and debt and equity transactions.
