Don is the Partner-in-Charge of RubinBrown’s Law Firms Services Group and a Partner in the Wealth Management Services Group. His experience includes family business succession planning, estate and retirement planning, stock option planning, tax planning and research, state and local tax issues, and IRS examinations and procedures. He is also a regular speaker at firm seminars and other tax conferences. Don serves a variety of clients, specializing in manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and other professional service corporations.
