Bio:

Paradis2.jpgLinda is a Partner in RubinBrown’s Tax Department. She has over 19 years in the accounting profession, with experience in business taxation, including corporate consolidations, mergers and acquisitions, and international tax. Linda has worked with manufacturing & distribution, and technology clients on tax matters involving inventory, accounting methods, FIN 48, research and development tax credits, and usage of net operating losses. Linda assists the firm's SEC, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services clients.
