 Accounting for Lean Roundtable Series - TRACK 2
Session #4
Join us for the fourth session of RubinBrown's Accounting for Lean Roundtable Series and get your accounting team involved in your company's Lean initiatives.
This program is open to accounting, financial and operations professionals within the manufacturing and distribution industries.
Track 2 is designed for individuals with experience in the implementation of Lean initiatives. These individuals have incorporated Lean concepts into their accounting and finance areas and are most likely already reporting financial information on a "Plain English" P&L format. These sessions will be designed to allow the participant to share information and ask questions. The goal of the roundtables is to generate conversation in which new knowledge, new relationships and creative insight can emerge.
Session #4 will be a discussion of how Lean Accounting impacts selling and marketing activities at your company. .
