Glen A. Thebeau, Risk Manager
 Glen has held a variety of responsibilities in the utility industry for over 30 years. His experience includes directing Ameren’s Internal Audit Function and developing a risk-based audit program with a concentration in operational audits, financial audits and compliance audits, which resulted in millions of dollars of savings. Glen also led Ameren’s re-engineering efforts, which resulted in the development and implementation of re-engineering processes saving over 5 million man-hours across the organization.
Additionally, Glen guided the implementation of Ameren’s RAROC capital allocation process, which helps to optimize Ameren’s capital spending. His most recent accomplishment, managing the Insurance Operations for Ameren, includes the implementation and operation of Ameren’s Captive Insurance Company. The captive provides coverage where it is unavailable or cost-prohibitive in the commercial market. Glen is currently developing and implementing Ameren’s ERM process, with concentration on integrating ERM into activities at all levels of the operations.
