Jerry Solomon is the VP of Operations, MarquipWardUnited-Hunt Valley, a division of Barry-Wehmiller Companies, the Western Hemisphere’s leading packaging automation and converting group. Jerry presented at the RubinBrown Speakers Series in March of 2008 giving an overview of this topic. Jerry has had the unique experience of simultaneously holding the positions of CFO and VP of Manufacturing at three middle market companies.

Jerry is the author of the Shingo Award Winning Books, Who’s Counting, and Accounting for World Class Operations: A Practical Guide for Providing Relevant Information in Support of the Lean Enterprise.

Mike Lewis is Partner in Charge of RubinBrown’s Manufacturing and Distribution Services group and a Partner in the Assurance Services Group. Mike possesses the Lean Manager Certification for Administrative & Service Professionals from The Ohio State University and is experienced in helping clients understand the impact of “Lean” practices on an organization’s financial reporting and assisting businesses implementing lean practices into their administrative processes.
