Jerry presented at the RubinBrown Speakers Series in March of 2008 giving an overview of this topic. Jerry has had the unique experience of simultaneously holding the positions of CFO and VP of Manufacturing at three middle market companies.

Jerry is the author of the Shingo Award Winning Books, Who’s Counting, and Accounting for World Class Operations: A Practical Guide for Providing Relevant Information in Support of the Lean Enterprise.

Mike possesses the Lean Manager Certification for Administrative & Service Professionals from The Ohio State University and is experienced in helping clients understand the impact of “Lean” practices on an organization’s financial reporting and assisting businesses implementing lean practices into their administrative processes.

The session will have only 20 attendees to provide for more detailed discussion.

The cost of the session is $550. To encourage representation from both the finance and operations groups, a $100 discount will be given for each additional attendee from your company.
Members of the RubinBrown Lean Roundtable Program receive a $250 discount.

Attendees will receive 14 hours of CPE.

This is an intermediate-level program for those with a general understanding of accounting related to manufacturing companies.  No prerequisites or advanced preparation are required to attend this session.
