RubinBrown is pleased to invite you to attend an educational program on the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act, or UPMIFA. The Act, which has been adopted as law by the majority of U.S. states (including Missouri), will require sweeping changes in the way organizations solicit, track, spend, and account for contributions designated for endowment purposes. Our program will explain UPMIFA and the related accounting pronouncements in clear, understandable terms, and help you to identify the action steps that your organization should take to prepare for and comply with the Act. The program will be offered both as a live seminar in our St. Louis office, as well as an on-line webinar. Please specify in your response whether you plan to attend in person or on-line. Further instructions on accessing the on-line training will be provided in advance of the course.

Comparison of UMIFA and UPMIFA
