Power Promoted to Partner at RubinBrown Print

power_prJay E. Power, CPA, has been promoted to partner in RubinBrown’s Tax Consulting Services Group. Todd R. Pleimann, CPA, managing partner, made the announcement.

Power has 18 years of tax accounting experience, specializing in tax return preparation and tax planning. He serves clients in the contracting, home building, manufacturing and distribution, and not-for-profit sectors.

Power joined RubinBrown in 2006 as a manager in the Tax Consulting Services Group. Prior to joining RubinBrown, Power served as a tax director for Employers Reinsurance Corp., headquartered in Overland Park. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Power holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kansas State University.
