| Apartment Stats 2008 |

We are pleased to present the 2008 Apartment Statistical Analysis, an annual survey by the Real Estate Services Group of RubinBrown LLP. Each year we collect data from our clients’ projects, as well as others within the industry, and develop averages for St. Louis markets and those outside the area. The 2007 data included in the report represents 224 apartment projects in 26 states. While these averages are representative of a smaller pool of projects, the trends are usually consistent with those experienced at the overall national apartment industry level.
