The RubinBrown Benefits Group sponsors a prototype document service that is flexible and designed to meet the needs of most companies sponsoring 401(k) and profit sharing plans. We also offer a volume submitter document designed for age-weighted and cross-tested (new comparability) plans. We provide you with a signature-ready plan document, Summary Plan Description, enrollment and other administrative forms – all organized and indexed in a binder designed to meet the your specific needs.
If you choose to adopt an Employee Stock Ownership Plan or other plan, our consultants can provide the upfront consulting services needed to summarize the key features of plan design. We will work with your legal counsel to incorporate those features into a working document.
