Our alliance partners provide a mutual fund trading platform, daily share accounting, participant recordkeeping, quarterly plan sponsor and participant reports, and Web access to accounts. Online loan modeling, retirement planning tools, personalized rates of return and access to investment information are just some of the features available to you.
The RubinBrown Benefits Group serves as your plan coordinator for all aspects of administration, including maintenance of census and service records, loan origination, distribution processing, vesting updates, etc. We maintain direct access to plan accounts and serve as your contact for all questions relating to plan operations.
Our pension specialists prepare employer contribution allocations and perform all required nondiscrimination tests. We prepare your annual Form 5500 for each plan. For those plans subject to audit, we prepare a comprehensive audit package.
