| Kostecki Named to AICPA PCPS Executive Committee |

 ST. LOUIS, Dec. 2006 Frederick R. Kostecki, CPA, partner and chairman of RubinBrown's Assurance Services Group, has been appointed to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Private Companies Practice Section Executive Committee. The 15-member committee oversees the activities of the PCPS, which is composed of 6,000 leading local and regional CPA firms across the country. PCPS has two focus areas creating firm management resources and representing the interests of local and regional firms to standard-setters. It is an honor to be selected to serve in this position, said Kostecki. RubinBrown is a beneficiary of PCPS' services, and it is gratifying to be involved with an organization that is making an impact on the profession. Kostecki is a member of the AICPA and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves on the advisory board for The Entrepreneurship Institute. His involvement with the ALS Association, St. Louis Regional Chapter, has led to Kostecki serving as president, St. Louis campaign chairman and a member of the national campaign cabinet of The Lou Gehrig Challenge. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from The University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and was recognized as one of St. Louis' top 40 professionals under 40 by the St. Louis Business Journal in 2005. |
