Sage MAS 90 / 200
Sage MAS 90 and 200 systems offer a broad selection of feature-rich solutions including core accounting, business intelligence tools, customer relationship management, e-commerce, HR and payroll, manufacturing, and distribution. Sage MAS 90 and 200 work the way you do with flexibility that enables you to choose the modules that best suit your business needs.
Sage Software, Inc. distributes its products through a national network of Authorized Resellers predominantly comprised of value added resellers (VARs) and public accounting firms. Recognizing that every imaginable accounting or management information need may not be met by any one accounting system, Sage Software, Inc. developed a program which allows certain qualified Authorized Resellers and software consultants access to the application Source Code. These special Authorized Resellers are called "Master Developers." Master Developers must pass an extensive qualification process before becoming licensed to access the Source Code. Only after meeting these requirements and paying the annual license fee may an Authorized Reseller join this elite group. RubinBrown is a Master Developer for the MAS 90 and 200 products.

Microsoft FRx Design Essentials I
This two day course covers the report design skills you need to create, maintain and distribute presentation quality reports using Microsoft FRx. This course is designed for new or novice users and covers how to create reports such as trial balances, balance sheets, profit and loss reports, expense analysis, departmental reports, variance reports and many others. This Microsoft FRx Training course also covers concepts such as navigation, sub totals, calculations, creation of reporting trees and many tips and tricks designed to increase accuracy and reduce maintenance.
This is a two-day class designed to help you gain complete control of your financial reporting process. This course is designed for the experienced user who wants to create a more comprehensive financial and management reporting package. This Microsoft FRx Training course covers reports such as statements of cash flow, consolidating reports, allocations and reports that include statistical information requiring advanced calculations. Also covered are topics such as importing amounts from Excel, advanced formatting options, effective dates and relational reporting.
MAS 90 Certified Training Classes
This comprehensive class is a great starting point for individuals needing a complete understanding of the Core Accounting modules. The courses can be taken together or individually. A streamlined distribution operation begins with this comprehensive training course, which covers Inventory Management, Sales Order, and Purchase Order. You’ll become more productive with insights into the timesaving features provided by the Sage MAS 90 and 200 distribution solution. Classes can be taken together or individually.
Participants in this informative class will learn all the necessary steps for tracking and processing returns with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) module. By attending, you will be on the fast track to managing your company’s returns process with maximum efficiency and accuracy.
Microsoft Dynamics GP Training Classes
The Microsoft Dynamics GP Training classes are designed to assist new users who need to expand their product knowledge or those who need a refresh on the functions of the software.
All classes will be held at the RubinBrown Training Center, 1 N. Brentwood Blvd., Ste. 1100, Clayton, MO 63105 (314) 290-3300. Parking is free (bring ticket to class for validation).
Class: 8:30 - 5:00 (with one hour lunch on your own)
One day classes are available at $495 per student; discounts available for 2 or more from the same organization.
Prerequisites for the following classes include: General accounting principle knowledge, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, some familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP is helpful.

This course explores the accounting cycle and the processes required to enter invoices and receive payments from customers. This training material shows you how to perform additional functions such as credit memos, prepayments, small balance write off, print customer statements, enter and void scheduled payments, and month-end closing procedures. Learn to set terms for calculating document discount dates and due dates, use balance forward and open-item statements, and apply any mix of the comprehensive service and finance charges available. Report Design in Management Reporter 2.0 for Microsoft Dynamics ERP (two day)
This training is perfect for end users, IT professionals, accounting professionals, or anyone within an organization that maintains the financial reporting package. This package works with Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010, Microsoft Dynamics SL2011, and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. This course will review the sample company, sample reports, discuss the implementation of management reporter, build basic and advanced financial statements, publish reports, create templates, reporting trees and much, much more. February 21 - 22, 2012; April 11-12, 2012 - NOTE: Because this is a two-day seminar, the cost is $995.

This training delves into the accounting cycle and the processes required to enter, depreciate, and retire fixed assets. This training material shows how to perform additional functions such as changing asset information, partial asset transfers, partial asset retirements, and retirement undo. A thorough understanding of these topics allows companies to keep accurate records and learn to use comprehensive reporting features to present data in different ways.
