The RubinBrown Inclusion Council fosters an inclusive environment at the firm in which the unique talents and perspectives of each individual are understood, valued, respected, and leveraged. The Inclusion & Diversity Council oversees various inclusion related leadership development programs and diversity and inclusion training at the firm.

Success is achieved through strategic partnerships with organizations such as the National Association of Black Accountants Inc. (NABA), the Urban League, United Way, the Diversity Awareness Partnership of St. Louis (DAP), and more.
