Molly Osadjan-Rudolf, strategic client development manager at RubinBrown, was recently named one of ColoradoBiz magazine’s Top 25 Young Professionals for her professional achievement, community involvement and personal story.
Osadjan-Rudolf was recognized at the ninth annual GenXYZ Awards held at Mile High Station on January 18. This award ceremony honors Colorado business standouts in the 20-40 year age group. Winners are selected from online nominations and judged by a panel composed of community business leaders, ColoradoBiz magazine’s editorial staff and past GenXYZ winners.
As strategic client development manager, she leads all business development efforts for the Colorado market, oversees strategic direction for the office, and mentors and coaches the management group on various business development strategies and tactics. Additionally, she manages local community engagement efforts and consults on various marketing and public relations efforts. Osadjan-Rudolf also co-created the business development and marketing initiatives for the restaurant, craft beverage and natural and organic food industries in Colorado.
Osadjan-Rudlof currently serves as an active member on the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Economic Development Council. She is a graduate of the Impact Denver Class of 2015 and served as an Impact Denver Class of 2016 coach for the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation. She is also involved in the Mile High United Way’s Women United Group and the Denver Metro Chamber Economic Development Council’s Board of Governors. Additionally, she served as co-chair of the Student Outreach Committee for PRSA Colorado and was a member of the chapter’s Young Professionals Committee. She was awarded the RubinBrown Emerging Leader Award in 2014 and the RubinBrown Community Service Award in 2015.
She received a Bachelor of Arts in strategic communication and public relations from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
