Join RubinBrown’s Manufacturing & Distribution Services Group for the first installment of the 2021 Supply Chain Webinar Series. In this session, we will discuss inventory management through cycle counting including various counting strategies. In addition, we will discuss the importance of cycle counting and validating that you have an established program with your external auditors, so a need for full physical inventory counts can be reduced or even eliminated. Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:
- Differentiate between cycle counting and physical inventory observations
- Identify the characteristics of cycle counting
- Identify external audit needs to drive reliance on cycle counting programs as opposed to full physical inventory observations
