Not-For-Profit Webinar Series: Navigating the New Normal, Information Technology

This series of three webinars will assist not-for-profit leaders with navigating the post-pandemic environment. We will share best practices for internal controls, processes and governance in the more remote environment, information technology considerations as well as current industry trends and considerations in areas such as talent, recruitment and strategic development.

Join RubinBrown’s Cyber Security Partner Rob Rudloff and Chief Information Officer Rob Lewis for a panel discussion and Q&A on information technology considerations to be thinking about today. As we emerge from the pandemic, your organization should be reflecting on what has worked well, what needs to be done differently, and how your organization will adapt its use of technology as we move forward into the “new normal.”

Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to assess their information technology infrastructure in a variety of working environments (in-person vs. remote vs. hybrid) to identify enhancement opportunities. Participants will also be able to recognize information technology risk management concerns within their organization and strategies to mitigate.
