Not-For-Profit Webinar Series: Navigating the New Normal, Session 3
This series of three webinars will assist not-for-profit leaders with navigating the post-pandemic environment. We will share best practices for internal controls, processes and governance in the more remote environment, information technology considerations as well as current industry trends and considerations in areas such as talent, recruitment and strategic development. Join us for a panel discussion and Q&A with EMD Consulting on evolving not-for-profit trends in 2021. The experts will explore how significant changes in human capital, equity-based program innovation, and philanthropic reporting are impacting charitable organizations.
Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to assess changes not-for-profit organizations should consider, including strategies for effective hiring in a competitive environment, adopting salary transparency, modeling innovative programs, and understanding the healthy metrics and reporting crosswalk between fundraising and finance. Participants will also be able to formulate plans to implement recommendations in each of these areas and determine practical ways not-for-profit organizations can adapt for 2022 and beyond.
