Jeff Naeger is Partner in RubinBrown’s Federal Tax Services Group. He possesses over 30 years of experience advising on corporate tax matters and provides high level and technical, industry-specific guidance on the tax consequences of business transactions, including tax risk assessment, in a pre- or post- planning environment.
Jeff also provides project management leadership and coordination for mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and people, process and technology improvement projects. Jeff’s industry experience includes, but is not limited to, manufacturing and distribution, healthcare and natural resource (coal)
