In the wake of 9/11, this Life Insurance Company needed assistance in reviewing its exposures in the event of a catastrophic incident affecting its current downtown location as well as its newly-created Franklin facility located 15 miles away. A business continuity plan (BCP) was required to ensure uninterrupted service and support.
