He teaches technology strategy in the Executive programs at UC Berkeley and Wharton, and has led large-scale AI and data transformations. Jeff Sackman, CPA, CGMA, is Partner-In-Charge of RubinBrown’s Private Equity Services Group, which works alongside private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies across the full investment lifecycle – from diligence through post-close execution and value realization. The practice supports private equity firms with transaction diligence, value creation advisory, and post-close compliance support by combining a practical understanding of private equity operating environments with a consistent focus on quality, timeliness, and disciplined execution. Jeff has been involved in more than 300 transactions with an aggregate deal value in excess of $6.0 billion, and specializes in transaction advisory, net working capital true-ups, purchase price accounting, and post-closing consulting. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and serves on the board of the St. Louis ACG Chapter.
