RubinBrown Announces 2025 Partner Promotions in Chicago Office
June 1, 2025 - RubinBrown, one of the nation’s top 50 accounting and business consulting firms, recently promoted Rich Dettinger; Mary Fialkowski, MBA; Mike Rothgery; and Gytis Tamosaitis, CPA, to Partner in the Consulting Services Group. Dan Tucker, JD, was also named Partner in the Tax Services Group.
 Rich Dettinger is a Partner in RubinBrown’s Consulting Services Group. He has over 20 years of experience in Enterprise software projects, channel development, and software vendor management. He has led multiple companies through selection and contract negotiations for ERP solutions. |
 Mary Fialkowski is a Partner in RubinBrown’s Consulting Services Group. She has over 20 years of leadership experience in international and domestic healthcare and insurance operations, information technology, project management, and quality improvement. |
 Mike Rothgery is a Partner with RubinBrown’s Consulting Services Group. In his role, Mike is responsible for Information Technology Strategy and Operation Services, defining and delivering services to clients to evolve their internal IT Organization and leverage people, processes, and technology. |
 Gytis Tamosaitis is a Partner in RubinBrown’s Private Equity Group. His focus is buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence to middle-market corporate and private equity clients. Gytis provides clients with an understanding of their company’s sustainable economic earnings, among other key factors. |
 Daniel Tucker is a Partner in RubinBrown’s State and Local Tax Services Group. He provides expertise in real estate valuation, with a focus on property tax appeals, acquisition and disposition due diligence, structuring, transfer tax analysis, and property tax incentives. |
