RubinBrown promoted Matt Hall, CPA, and Katie Kantor to manager in the Tax Consulting Services Group; Daren Chesbrough, CPA, and Corey Robinson, CPA, to manager in the Assurance Services Group; and Kris Zeid, CPA/ABV, CFE, to manager in the Business Advisory Services Group. Todd R. Pleimann, CPA, CGMA, managing partner of the Kansas City office, made the announcement.
Matt Hall assists clients in the preparation and review of tax returns for entities and individuals. He has over nine years of professional accounting experience and works mainly with clients in the manufacturing and distribution, not-for-profit and public sector industries.
Katie Kantor assists individual and business clients with the preparation of income tax returns and other tax planning or projections. She has over eight years of professional accounting experience. She works with clients in various industries including, but not limited to, manufacturing and distribution.

Daren Chesbrough has been with RubinBrown since 2013 and has more than four years of accounting experience. He provides audit and review services to various clients in the manufacturing and distribution, employee benefit plan and not-for-profit industries.
Corey Robinson provides audit and review services to various clients in the not-for-profit, colleges and universities, construction and public sector industries. He has also assisted in presenting various internal and external training related to clients in the industries he serves.

Kris Zeid is a Manager in RubinBrown’s Business Advisory Services Group specializing in litigation support and fraud and forensic services. Services provided include performing financial analysis, financial modeling, quantifying damages, business valuation, insurance claim prep and writing reports.
