July 10, 2023- RubinBrown, one of the nation’s top 50 accounting and business consulting firms, recently promoted Avni Shah, CPA, to Partner in the Assurance Services Group.

Avni Shah has more than 18 years of public accounting experience. She manages and reviews financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, 10% letters, cost certifications and agreed upon procedures reports for various real estate partnerships (including government regulated properties such as HUD, IHDA, etc.), various not-for-profits, and consolidations. She also has vast knowledge of HUD and IHDA regulations. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and Finance from Loyola University, Chicago.

All promotions were effective June 1, 2023.
