RubinBrown, one of the nation’s top 50 accounting and business consulting firms, recently promoted Mark Breakfield CPA, CGMA, to Partner in the Wealth Advisory Services Group. Christine Figge CPA, CGMA, was named Partner in the Business Advisory Services Group. Tim Kennedy, CPA, and Chris Tkach, CPA, CGMA were named Partners in the Assurance Services Group. Dominic Pisoni, CPA, was named Partner in the Entrepreneurial Services Group.
Mark Breakfield has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and has worked in various industries in both tax and assurance. Most recently, Mark has been providing tax planning and consulting services to individuals, trusts and estates emphasizing the preservation of intergenerational wealth. He has a bachelor’s of science in business administration from Rockhurst University.
Christine Figge has over 15 years of public accounting and consulting experience. She serves clients with her extensive System and Organization Controls (SOC) experience, knowledge of audit and compliance matters related to the mortgage banking industry, and by analyzing internal controls for public and private companies. She has a master’s in accounting from the University of Missouri –St. Louis.
Tim Kennedy has more than 10 years of accounting experience concentrated in audit, consulting and tax services. He focuses primarily on the real estate industry, working with commercial and market-rate property management and development companies. He has a master’s in accounting from Saint Louis University.
Dominic Pisoni has over 15 years of public accounting experience, focusing his efforts with privately held businesses and start-up companies. He serves clients in many industries with a variety of business needs including financial statement preparation, outsourced accounting and tax return preparation and planning. He has a bachelor’s of science in accounting from Truman State University.
Chris Tkach joined RubinBrown in 2010 and serves private and public clients in various industries including, but not limited to, manufacturing and distribution, real estate and not-for-profit. He consults on accounting for complex transactions specifically as it relates to revenue recognition and oversees RubinBrown’s data analytics initiatives for the Assurance Services Group. He has a master’s in accounting from Saint Louis University.
