Turner specializes in state and local taxation, specifically multi-state sales and use taxation, state tax credits and incentives, and state and local tax audit defense.  Prior to joining RubinBrown, she worked for two Big Four accounting firms, as well as the State of Missouri.  Turner graduated with her bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
