Diana Hoernicke, CPA, is a tax manager who specializes in tax compliance and planning, including small business consulting and high net worth individuals.  She helps clients with state and local taxation, estate and retirement planning, gift tax planning, as well as stock option planning.  She graduated with her Masters in Taxation from San Jose State University.

Jackie Zhang, CPA, is an assurance manager who specializes in financial statement audits of privately held companies, publicly traded companies and not-for-profit organizations, as well as employee benefit plans.  She serves clients primarily in the professional services, gaming and gaming related, healthcare and healthcare related, manufacturing and distribution industries.  Zhang graduated with her Masters in Accounting from University of Las Vegas.
