RubinBrown, one of the nation’s top 50 accounting and business consulting firms, recently welcomed Aaron Wilcox, CPA, CGMA, as a manager in the Assurance Services Group for its Las Vegas office.
Wilcox has more than six years in the accounting profession performing audit services; three years of which was acquired at a Big Four firm focused on gaming for SEC clients. Since returning to RubinBrown, he provides auditing and consulting services to clients primarily in the gaming, construction and not-for-profit industries. His expertise is focused on, financial reporting, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), internal controls, working with small businesses and employee benefit plan audits.
Graduating from Southern Utah University (SUU) with both his master’s and bachelor’s in accounting, Wilcox was valedictorian of the business school for the 2011-2012 academic year. He currently serves on the university’s business school national advisory board.
