Greg has over 26 years of experience and specializes in partnership taxation including assisting clients with tax efficient structuring, operations and exit strategies. Greg has significant experience in the private equity, real estate, energy, mining, telecommunications and media industries. He has worked extensively with clients to navigate and structure qualified opportunity fund formations and investments.  

Prior to joining RubinBrown, Greg served as Director of National Tax Services at Moss Adams.

Greg holds a B.A. in Professional Accounting from Regis University and a M.T. from the University of Denver.
