Jason has almost 20 years of experience providing comprehensive audit and business consulting services to clients in industries which include professional services, technology and manufacturing, retail and distribution, and not-for-profit organizations. He works with publicly traded companies, and privately-owned businesses, including family control groups and private equity backed companies.

Jason specializes in bringing solutions to complex accounting and reporting topics, including those related to revenue recognition, complex debt and equity, stock based compensation, complex inventory accounting issues, and business combinations.

Before joining RubinBrown, Jason served as Managing Director at the Denver office of a national accounting firm.

Jason holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.
