Brian Kushner is a Partner and licensed Professional Engineer in RubinBrown’s Tax Services Group focusing on the Credits & Incentives Services Group. With over 15 years of experience in consulting and engineering, his focus is on tax credits and incentives. Brian leads fieldwork teams at client facilities to identify qualified research projects and related expenditures. He also interviews client subject matter experts to support documentation of qualified research activities. Additionally, Brian assists with determining project methodologies, calculating qualified research expenditures, and reviewing R&E tax credit project deliverables.
