Jeff Winter is the Chairman of RubinBrown's Public Sector Services Group and a Partner in the Assurance Services Group.
Jeff specializes in providing assurance and advisory services to state and local governments including municipalities, state governments and agencies, local school districts, public colleges and universities, and a variety of special business-type districts. Jeff is also responsible for the overall quality control as it relates to audits conducted under Government Auditing Standards and the Single Audit Act. Jeff is also a frequent guest speaker on a variety of governmental accounting and auditing topics.
