Jennifer Brown is a Partner in RubinBrown’s Assurance Services Group and serves as the firm’s System of Quality Management (SOQM) Leader within the Professional Standards Group. She brings more than 22 years of public accounting experience, including leadership roles within a large global network firm, with a focus on audit quality, professional standards, and quality management.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has led and supported firmwide initiatives to strengthen audit quality, enhance quality management processes, and respond to evolving professional and regulatory requirements. Her experience spans the development and implementation of systems of quality management, monitoring and remediation, regulatory inspections, root cause analysis, and quality risk assessment.

At RubinBrown, Jennifer works closely with firm leadership to oversee the effectiveness of the firm’s system of quality management and advance strategic audit quality initiatives. She brings a collaborative, risk-based approach to identifying opportunities for improvement, strengthening accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
