Phillip Davis is a Partner in RubinBrown’s Business Tax Services Group with a specialization in C corporation federal and state and local taxes. Phillip works with clients across various industries including manufacturing and distribution, technology (SAS), and healthcare staffing with a focus on tax compliance and planning, tax accounting, and tax optimization strategies for public and private equity owned portfolio companies.

Prior to joining RubinBrown in 2026, Phillip spent eighteen years with tax departments of Big 4 and national accounting firms.
