RubinBrown, one of the nation’s top 50 accounting and business consulting firms, recently welcomed Tim McCormack, CPA, CGMA, as a manager in the Private Equity Services Group for its Denver office. McCormack comes to RubinBrown to help build and grow its national private equity practice in Denver and throughout the country.
McCormack has more than 10 years of experience in the accounting profession working at a Big Four firm, including several years working abroad in London. While working at the Big Four firm, McCormack served clients in the technology, telecommunication, manufacturing, services, hospitality, private equity and healthcare industries. He also worked on corporate and private equity transactions varying in size from $50 million to $2.5 billion, advising clients through each stage of the deal process, from exploratory diligence through closing and post-close integration.
At RubinBrown, he provides transaction services to private equity clients across a variety of industries. McCormack received both his master’s and bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Missouri – Columbia, where he graduated summa cum laude.
